Japanese Geisha girls in a village is depicted within the scene on the creamer. Green, scalloped rim with a green handle. A bit of the green on the edges has been rubbed off due to age (just my guess). It is lovely and in good condition. 
Measurements: Opening-3”, 4 3/4” wide, 3 6/8” tall. There is a pic of the bottom of the item and with a light, you can see that it reads made in Japan. It is a faint marking.
